Baby Bunting's loyalty program's 800,000 active members produced more than 90% of its sales and bought 9 million items. It eliminated the spend and earn feature of the loyalty program in the fourth quarter to deliver 150 bps margin improvement. It's planning a Retail Media business based on its loyalty data. -
