Commonwealth Bank's Yello Loyalty Program Launches for 8M Customers

Commonwealth Bank's bank wide loyalty program Yello is now available to all 8 million customers who will share in a pot of $400 million of incentives annually. The commercial goal is payments and digital primacy. Currently included are 75 partners (including Airbnb, Amazon, The Good Guys, MYER and THE ICONIC) funding customer offers inside CBA's walled garden. Next up is travel with Hopper to build rich travel experiences in the CBA app.
