Super Retail Group Loyalty Members Drive 77% of Sales Growth

Super Retail Group's combined 11.5 million active loyalty program members (active = purchased in last 12 months) contributed 77% of group sales (up 4% from last year). In 2020 a combined 6.6 million members delivered 59% of sales. 🔹At Supercheap Auto, 4.7 million active loyalty members (membership up 500,000) contributed 69% (up 5%) of sales. 🔹At Rebel Sport, 3.9 million active loyalty members (membership up 4%) contributed 77% (up 4%) of sales. In the relaunched Rebel program, 84% of active members are earning points and 34% are redeeming them. For every $1 redeemed at Rebel, customers spend a further $11. 🔹At BCF - Boating, Camping, Fishing, 2.5 million active loyalty members contibuted contributed 90% (up 1%) of sales. 🔹At Macpac Ltd. 800,000 active loyalty members (up 5%) contributed 76% (up 2%) of sales.
