Air New Zealand is making changes to the Airpoints loyalty program. They plan to launch an improved Airpoints digital experience. This rollout will be accompanied by some downtime. Furthermore, there will be changes to annual tier reviews, which will involve combining tier review dates with membership year dates that are currently separate.
