Airline Frequent Flyer Rankings: Qantas, Singapore, Virgin
Qantas, Singapore Airlines, Virgin Australia, and Air New Zealand ranked in global list of top Frequent Flyer programs based on ease of use and value for customers.

In a ranking of 60 airline Frequent Flyer programs globally for their ease of use and value for customers; Qantas was ranked 24th, Singapore Airlines Krisflyer 17th, Virgin Australia's Velocity Frequent Flyer 33rd and Air New Zealand's Airpoints tied for 33rd.
Qantas ranking was driven by the large number of points needed for redemption, poor customer service and high change fees where it was outperformed by Velocity.
