Qantas appoints Andrew Glance, a 22-year vet and head of Qantas Business Rewards, as the new leader of Qantas Loyalty, following a record earnings year.

Qantas has recently announced the appointment of Andrew Glance, the current head of the Qantas Business Rewards program, as the new leader of Qantas Loyalty. Glance, a seasoned professional with 22 years of experience at the airline, takes over from Olivia Wirth.
The Qantas Business Rewards program, under Glance's leadership, boasts 450,000 members, which represents one in five Australian SMEs. In the previous year, the Loyalty division under which this program operates, reported a record earning of AU $457 million and generated $1 billion in free cash flow.
