Forrester's analysis highlights a significant uptick in the adoption of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) across the Asia Pacific region. From a modest beginning, the average revenue from CDPs has seen a doubling in the past two years.

Local vendors are actively incorporating CDPs into their business models. Notable examples include Lexer from Australia, transitioning from a focus on social media monitoring, and Capillary Technologies from Singapore, which is integrating a CDP into its existing loyalty programs.
