Baby Bunting's loyalty program, with its 800,000 active members, accounted for over 90% of its sales, with these members purchasing 9 million items. In the fourth quarter, the program's spend and earn feature was eliminated, resulting in a 150 bps margin improvement. Additionally, plans are underway for a Retail Media business leveraging loyalty data.
