Bain's Investment in Virgin Australia's Loyalty Programs

Bain has invested between $15 million and $20 million in upgrading loyalty platforms for the Virgin Australia frequent flyer program, Velocity Frequent Flyer, since the Covid pandemic.

New Platform Integrations and Partnerships

The upgraded loyalty platform now includes connections with new partners such as DiDi and AGL.

Expansion of Virgin Australia Business Flyer

Their SME program, Virgin Australia Business Flyer, has seen a tripling of its membership since the onset of Covid.
