Barbeques Galore Adopts Waave Pay
Barbeques Galore integrates Waave's Pay By Bank for its loyalty program, following Woolworths' lead in bypassing traditional card systems to cut costs.

Barbeques Galore Pty Ltd will use a Pay By Bank solution from Waave in its Barbeque Legends Club loyalty program. These solutions typically cost less and allow for bonus loyalty offerings to be funded from the savings made in other markets.
Woolworths Group was the first to launch payments with PayTo in May this year, which bypass Visa and Mastercard's rails on which much of the merchant-funded and card-linked loyalty offerings in the market rely. Outside of the Big 4 Banks, Woolworths is the biggest payments processor, handling $60 billion annually.
