Commonwealth Bank's New Telco Offers for Loyalty Members
Commonwealth Bank will now offer telco services at a substantial 40% discount exclusively to members of its comprehensive bank-wide loyalty program, Yello. However, this discount is conditional on members making payments using a CBA card.
App Enhancements for Better Service
Significant updates were made to the Commonwealth Bank mobile app overnight. These updates now allow customers to efficiently monitor their mobile usage and view billing details directly within the app. This new feature supports services obtained from their telco partner, More.
Increased Investment in More
From an initial 25% stake in 2021, the Commonwealth Bank has increased its investment in More to 30%. Since the initial investment, More has seen substantial growth, escalating its customer base from 70,000 to 250,000. Out of these, 140,000 are CBA customers who have taken advantage of the discounted telco services provided.
