Kognitiv Corporation Divests Key Assets to Cora Group

Loyalty platform provider Kognitiv Corporation has concluded the sale of its Enterprise Loyalty Platform along with the Air Miles Middle East coalition program to CORA Group. The acquired assets have been rebranded as Carlson Marketing Solutions by Cora, a name that traces back to their origins with Carlson Marketing and later, Aimia Inc, prior to their acquisition by Kognitiv.

The platform presently supports 50 million members across 30 countries, providing services primarily to banks, retailers, and travel companies. In this transition, about 100 employees from Kognitiv’s offices in North America, APAC, and EMEA will join Cora.

Furthermore, Kognitiv will ensure continued access to the platform for its current customers post-acquisition.

Other Acquisitions and Operations

In recent developments, Cora expanded its loyalty solutions portfolio by acquiring RewardOps in 2020 and Vanson Technology Services earlier this year. On the other hand, Kognitiv continues to manage loyalty services for notable Australian clients such as NAB, Dulux, and The Star Entertainment Group.
