CORA Group Acquisition and Expansion Plans

CORA Group will purchase Kognitiv Corporation's Enterprise Loyalty Platform, which will be rebranded as Carlson Marketing. The group aims to enhance Carlson with a focus on high-intensity, multi-currency, and multi-market loyalty programs that maintain high control and low risk. Additionally, CORA plans to offer Carlson in conjunction with another of its recent acquisitions, RewardOps, aiming to provide bundled loyalty solutions to clients.

As part of its broader strategy, CORA, a subsidiary of Constellation Software Inc. – a conglomerate with a $18 billion market cap and ownership of over 1,300 software companies – has also recently acquired Vanson Technology Services. This acquisition strengthens its portfolio in channel and incentive loyalty programs, and CORA plans to continue expanding its holdings in the loyalty technology sector.
