Loyalty offers in Dan Murphy's My Dan's loyalty program

According to a recent report from The Sydney Morning Herald, Dan Murphy's "Appy Deals" have been highly successful in increasing monthly app users by more than double. This is thanks to the personalized offers made through the app, including prompts, deals on a customer's frequently purchased item, or offers on a similar product. These tailored offers have resulted in a 29% cent increase in sales for the popular liquor retailer.
