Department store David Jones claims 3.6 million members in its David Jones Rewards program, with over half having made a purchase in the last year. The company's six-month-old Retail Media business is aiming for an annual revenue of $35 million by leveraging loyalty data. Supermarkets such as Woolworths Group and Coles Group lead the Retail Media sector, generating revenues of $550 million and $250 million respectively.
