Endeavour Group Launches New Pub Loyalty Program

Liquor and pubs giant Endeavour Group has launched the pub+ loyalty program for its network of 350 pubs. Endeavour aims to replicate the success of its liquor retailer Dan Murphy's MyDan's loyalty program, which drives more visits and higher spending.

MyDan's loyalty program boasts over 5.4 million members and maintains a scan rate of 82%. Early results for pub+ demonstrated that members transacted between 2.2 and 3 times per visit. Additionally, the pub+ program includes a gaming component that allows members to voluntarily limit both spending and time spent at gaming machines within the pub+ venues.
