Toronto Stock Exchange listed gift card and loyalty company Givex has been acquired by Shift4 for US$148 million. GiveX has 350 employees across 10 countries including Australia. Givex’s annual revenue has climbed 64% in the last four years to US$60 million. Shift4 is making multiple acquisitions to build out a global payments business.
