Gratifii Acquires Club Connect and Rapport

Gratifii, an ASX listed loyalty provider, acquires Club Connect for Au$8 million and Rapport for NZ$0.5 million, adding cross-sell opportunities and ~Au$4 million in revenue respectively. The combined group now has annual revenue of Au$84 million.

ASX listed loyalty provider Gratifii makes two acquisitions

Gratifii, an ASX listed loyalty provider, has recently announced the acquisition of two companies. The first acquisition is loyalty and rewards platform provider Club Connect, for a total of Au$8 million. This acquisition not only adds cross-sell opportunities to Gratifii's 80 enterprise clients, but also grants access to approximately 9 million members of all Australian Motoring Associations. In 2024, Club Connect had a revenue of Au$49 million and an underlying Ebitda of Au$1.6 million.

The second acquisition is of New Zealand based company Rapport, for a total of NZ$0.5 million (equivalent to Au$0.46 million). This acquisition adds approximately Au$4 million of revenue and positive profits, as well as two enterprise clients, to Gratifii's portfolio.

With these two acquisitions, the combined group now has an annual revenue of Au$84 million.
