Grill'd Relaunches Relish Rewards App

Grill'd, the popular burger chain, has recently updated its loyalty program app, Relish Rewards. This update includes a significant change in the birthday perk for members. Previously offering a free birthday drink, the chain now provides free chips for the entire month of a member's birthday. This new benefit led to a notable 56% increase in the redemption of the birthday reward.

Since its launch in 2019, the Relish Rewards program has also made a substantial impact through its charity redemption option. To date, the program has enabled the donation of over 159,000 burgers to various charities, highlighting the social commitment of Grill'd alongside its service innovations.
