IAG's Acquisition of Flybuys Assets
International Airlines Group (IAG) is set to acquire key assets from the Flybuys loyalty coalition. The acquisition, scheduled for the end of this year following the coalition's closure, includes both assets and personnel.
IAG aims to leverage this new acquisition to boost its business transformation efforts significantly. Utilizing both the technology and the expertise of the acquired staff, IAG intends to enhance its operations and service delivery.
