Kathmandu Launches New Rewards Program

Kathmandu has introduced a new rewards system, transitioning from its 'Summit Club' to 'Out There Rewards.' This change will affect over 2 million members across Australia and New Zealand.

Features of Out There Rewards

The program has four distinct membership tiers.
Members will enjoy free delivery on all purchases.
Points can be earned through both purchases and participation in outdoor activities.

This revamp marks the first major redesign of the Summit Club since its inception in 1994, incorporating modern features such as a digital membership card available in members' Apple or Google wallets.

The transition is powered by Antavo Enterprise Loyalty Cloud, ensuring a smooth digital experience for all members.
