Kogan.com, an online retailer, reports that 60% of its sales are contributed by 466,000 Kogan FIRST loyalty members.
The total customer base of Kogan has reached 3 million, with Kogan FIRST subscribers experiencing a 15% growth. This growth has translated into significant revenue increases, with last year's figures being doubled to Au$22.7 million this year.
