Survey Results on Loyalty Programs

The latest survey indicates an 18% increase in the use of loyalty programs. The most popular programs include:

  • Woolworths Group Everyday Rewards
  • Flybuys
  • McDonald's MyMacca's
  • Dan Murphy's
  • Qantas
  • MYER One

Among these programs, users prioritize discounts, similar to the benefits seen with Spotlight's VIP Club. Additionally, 30% of respondents expressed willingness to pay for subscription-based loyalty schemes. Furthermore, half of the participants indicated they would switch brands if a competitor offers a superior loyalty program.
