Loyalty Programs Set to Grow

Gartner forecasts a surge in loyalty programs, predicting 1 in 3 businesses will start one by 2026, with a focus on personalization.

Gartner predicts that one in three businesses without a loyalty program today will launch one within 3 years.

In an analysis conducted in 2022, only 36% of the brands had a loyalty program. Chief Marketing Officers (CMOs) who manage best-in-class loyalty programs are expected to enhance their strategies. They will shift focus from transactional benefits to recognizing personalization as a critical differentiator.
