Loyalty Programs and Client Growth Strategies at Mastercard

Loyalty programs and the utilization of insights and analytics are recognized universally as essential needs for Mastercard clients. These elements will integrate under the newly formed global Services division along with Cyber & Intelligence, Data & Services, and Open Banking. This restructuring will be implemented from 1 May.

Structure of the New Global Services Division

The Services division is poised to complement the two other interdependent areas: Core Payments and Commercial & New Payment Flows. This strategic alignment aims to bolster Mastercard's efficacy and comprehensive market offerings.
