Under Monique's leadership, the loyalty program saw the launch of Airpoints for Schools and Airpoints for Business, initiatives designed to extend the rewards system beyond traditional parameters. Additionally, significant technological enhancements were made, including a complete re-platforming of the rewards store alongside the introduction of a new, more efficient online store.
