MYER One Grows to 7.3M Users

MYER One loyalty program grows to 7.3M contactable members, with 4.2M active. Points from Velocity and Commonwealth Bank now accepted.

Department Store MYER's loyalty program, MYER One, now boasts 7.3 million digitally contactable customers, an increase of 720,000 in the last year. Out of these, 4.2 million are active, having shopped in the last year, with a tag rate of 75%. The program is attracting younger customers, and points from the Velocity Frequent Flyer and Commonwealth Bank loyalty programs can now be redeemed at Myer.
