NAB acquired Pegasystems Real Time Interaction Hub in 2022, now touted as the "customer brain". This system processes 1,000 customer attributes via 800 machine-learning models to generate 150 next-best actions. The results include a 50% rise in home loan conversions and threefold increase in other opportunities.
