Qantas Completes Acquisition of TripADeal
Qantas has completed the acquisition of TripADeal, a company generating Au$450m in revenue with 150 employees. Having acquired a minority stake in 2022, Qantas has now purchased the remaining 49% for $211m.
TripADeal will now operate under the Qantas Loyalty program, where approximately 80% of the travel company's customers are already Qantas frequent flyers. Since their initial integration in 2022, billions of points have been earned and redeemed through TripADeal packages.
