The chief executive of Qantas Loyalty, Olivia Wirth, has resigned and will step down in February. Having held the position since 2018, Wirth was regarded as a potential successor to Alan Joyce in the role of CEO, a position ultimately filled by former Qantas CFO, Vanessa Hudson.

Recently, Wirth has been nominated for a position on the MYER board, an organization aiming to expand its customer loyalty operations.
