Qantas Loyalty reported a significant profit of Au$270 million for the half year, with ambitions to reach a full-year profit between Au$800 million to Au$1 billion by 2030.

To improve the booking process for premium seats, Qantas Loyalty is set to launch a new product in the upcoming weeks. This initiative is part of a broader Au$230 million investment aimed at enhancing customer services, with Au$90 million already invested.
