Updates to Qantas Loyalty Program
Qantas Loyalty has implemented minor updates, with additional enhancements anticipated, marking the commencement of an $80 million investment aimed at enriching customer experience.
These updates were prompted by numerous complaints submitted to a Senate Committee.
Leadership Transition at Qantas
Qantas is presently seeking a replacement for the head of its loyalty business unit, following the announcement that CEO Olivia Wirth will be departing in January.
