Qantas Frequent Flyer Points Controversy
Qantas has officially denied claims that its Frequent Flyer points have decreased in value compared to their worth before the Covid pandemic. This response comes amid scrutiny as half of the 134 public submissions to a Senate inquiry argue that the points are now worth less, with some even claiming they are worthless and difficult to utilize.
