Rewardle's Strategic Acquisitions
Rewardle, a prominent player in loyalty and fintech solutions, has expanded its portfolio through multiple acquisitions over the past year. Early in the year, Rewardle acquired YourGrocer, followed by the acquisition of fractional-shares loyalty fintech, Upstreet, late in the same year. Continuing their expansion trend, in December of 2023, Rewardle also took over Sub11, a firm specializing in fintech content and consulting.
