Symbion Pty Ltd Partnerships and Customer Rewards

Symbion Pty Ltd, a prominent national wholesaler of healthcare services and products, serves a substantial clientele comprising 3,850 retail pharmacy and 1,800 hospital customers across Australia. In collaboration with EonX, Symbion launched the Symbion Rewards program in January of the previous year.

Since the inception of the rewards program, members have engaged in various transactions reinforcing the utility and widespread acceptance of the rewards system:

• Members utilized rewards to pay bills totaling $1.3 million, covering essential expenses such as school fees, rent, utilities, and ATO bills.
• Rewards were redeemed to acquire $388,000 worth of gift cards from notable entities including $65k from Woolworths Supermarkets, $55k from Flight Centre Travel Group, $29k from Coles Group, $21k from Webjet.com.au, and $18k from JB Hi-Fi, besides other products.
• Additionally, rewards were transferred to prestigious airline loyalty programs such as Qantas Points and Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer miles, indicating the flexibility of the rewards program.

The diverse uses of the rewards from the Symbion Rewards program highlight its effectiveness in enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction.
