Westpac Launches 'Pay With Points' for Altitude Credit Card Program
Westpac's credit card loyalty program, Altitude, has introduced a new feature called Pay With Points, marking an Australian first in the loyalty program industry. This new feature allows customers to receive cashback based on the number of points they redeem. A similar service was launched by Westpac New Zealand in 2020 under their hotpoints program, where Pay With Points quickly accounted for 40% of all redemptions within the first four months.
