Woolworths Group's Everyday Rewards loyalty program now has 9.8 million active members (used their card in the last 12 months) in Australia and added 770,000 new members in the last year. There's been a 9% increase in members accessing personalised boost offers and 137% increase in in paid membership to the Everyday Extras subscription (previously reported as 230,000 subscribers). The average Everyday Extra savings is $28 per month. Scan rates (% of transactions at Woolworths Supermarkets) are over 70% and tag rates (% of sales in Woolworths Supermarkets) ~60%. Their retail media network (Cartology) has experienced a revenue CAGR of 34% over the last 4 years. Cartology contributed to the Digital & Media, Rewards & Services, and HomeRun segments, which together had a combined EBIT of $161 million this year (73.3% increase YOY).
