Woolworths Supermarkets Launch Everyday Rewards Loyalty Program

Woolworths Supermarkets, previously known as Countdown Supermarkets, launched its new Everyday Rewards loyalty program in February. This program replaced the previous One Card loyalty program and has already gained 1.6 million active members. "Active" members are defined as those who have used their loyalty card at least once this year.

The program has a scan rate of 60%, meaning that 60% of transactions are linked to a loyalty card. Members who take advantage of boost promotions can reach their $10 reward voucher five times faster than those who do not.

Throughout the year, Woolworths Supermarkets has added new partners to their loyalty program. In May, they welcomed Accor as a new partner. In July, they added group companies Petstock and MILKRUN as partners. These additions will provide members with even more opportunities to earn rewards.
